To give you a deeper understanding of what your guests are saying about your hotel in online reviews, you can use the Review Sentiment (word cloud). The most mentioned keywords/topics are shown and highlighted in three different colours: grey (neutral), green (positive), red (negative). The bigger a word is, the more often it is mentioned. In this section, you can:
1. Click on a specific word to display the latest reviews containing it with the word itself highlighted (e.g. ‘Staff’ in the example below).
2. Go even further and see how the review was answered/handled or leave a reply to the review, by clicking on it and you will be re-directed to the Feedback tab.
