Besides a common set of standard information about guests and bookings it is possible to add additional information. This information uses SemanticIds and can both be part of data fetched from Loopon by the API or sent to Loopon as part of registering a guest stay. When registering a guest stay the additional data is sent as metaData referencing the Semantic Id.
This page does not include a complete list of Semantic Ids, but has a summary of common uses. Particular clients/chains can utilize Semantic Ids that are unique to them and they are not part of this index.
This list primarily shows semanticIds related to meta data, not questions or reviews.
Please note that there are fixed fields available for certain information such as firstname, email etc. and they should primarily be used. These semanticIds are to be used as additional meta data.
