On the Settings tab you can change the settings for your login under Personal settings and the settings for the hotel under Property settings.
The section Personal Settings is visible for all users, meanwhile Property Settings only is visible to users marked as Super User (also known as Admin). You can see under User Administration which users that has this enabled. It means that they are able to add/change the settings in all areas in this section, such as: adding goals, adding new users, setting up reply templates and configure AI Replies.
Super Users (Admin) also has access to these two tabs in the main menu: Messages and Publishing. In short, the Messages tab shows the most recent send-outs such as Post-Stay emails from Loopon. Publishing allows your users to perform manual publishes, such as publishing surveys to single customers or groups and manage publishing to conference groups.
Apart from that, no other restrictions can be set up or connected to an individual user account. For example: only giving access for some users to respons to feedback/reviews or only giving managers access to the Reports tab.
