WELCOME TO LOOPON!
The intention of the Getting Started section is to provide hotels/organisations that are starting with Loopon with a check list that is of importance for an efficient and well-functioning Loopon usage.
Initial phase
- Decide who is responsible for handling Loopon and guest feedback within the hotel.
- Implement a Daily Standard Operating Procedure based on Loopon's suggested Daily Standard Operating Procedure.
- Add recipients that should obtain daily or weekly feedback push reports by email.
- Set up AI templates or fixed Reply Templates.
- The pages Home Tab, Feedback Tab, Reports Tab and Settings Tab are key in the system and therefore recommended for anyone new to the system to get the best overview of Loopon. So, if you're already adding new users, make sure that you tell them to have a look at these and:

After obtaining between 20-50 answers
- Define goals on all questions.
- Create competitive sets with the appropriate competing hotels.
- Implement a Weekly / Monthly Standard Operating Procedure for how to work actively with the system. An example can be Loopon's suggested Monthly Standard Operating Procedure.
