This is the option to use if you want to set up a customised QR code with specific questions from your questionnaire. Lets say that you want a QR code in the restaurant where guests can rate food, ambience and service. Then you can set up this QR code yourself in under one minute. You will find more examples of useful QR Codes, and an explanation to Pre-Answers, at the end of this page.
On the Publishing tab, choose Web Links & QR Codes:
1. Click New in the bottom left corner
2. Set a name for the QR code, and mark Stayed Overnight with: Yes.
3. Choose questions and follow-up questions if guest should be able to leave comments as well:

- I am satisfied with the service at the restaurant
+ Follow-up questions
4. Click Create Link on the bottom right corner in that section.
5. Await the confirmation that your QR Code has been created. It is now added to the list of Link types. Click on it to see the summary of the questions/settings and to Download you QR Code:
What are the Pre-Answers, and do I need to use them?
No. You do not need to add/change settings in this column. Pre-Answers lets you add a pre-ticked answer to the question, although the guest/respondent can of course change it themselves.
If you pre-set the answer to one of he lower answer options (2 in this example - indicating that the guest is unhappy), the guest will see the follow-up question directly; it will already be unfolded when opening the QR Code. This works exactly the same as in the regular automatic survey that is send via E-Mail. So, from this example below:
Choosing Pre-Answer: 2 on the statement 'I am satisfied with the food at the restaurant' will make the corresponding follow-up question show automatically:
For a general Food & Beverage QR code
- The breakfast gave me a goo start of the day
- I am satisfied with the food at the restaurant
- I am satisfied with the service at the restaurant
- I am satisfied with the bar
+ Follow-up questions
For a general reception/Front Desk QR code
- NPS: How likely is it that you would recommend Sea Hotel Kattegat to your friends and colleagues?
- What was best about your stay?
- How could we make it more likel for you to recommed us?
