Reset your own personal password
You can reset your password on the Settings tab in Loopon. When clicking on Settings in the main menu, the password reset page is the first option you will see. You can easily change it by adding you current password as well as your new one. Follow this by clicking Change Password.
Reset the password for one of your employees
On the Settings tab choose User Administration in the right side column. Click on the user to open the User Information section and click Reset Password.
