Overview
If you need access to multiple units within Loopon, such as two or more hotels or restaurants, this requires an adjustment that must be made by our support team. Users cannot enable this setting themselves within the Loopon system.
How to Request Access
To gain access to additional units, please contact our support team by emailing support@loopon.com with the following details:

Your full name

Your email address (the one associated with your Loopon account)

The names of the units (hotels/restaurants) you need access to

A brief reason for your request (e.g., regional management, multi-property oversight, etc.)
Once your request is received, our support team will process it and notify you when the access has been updated.
Switching Between Units
Once you have been granted access to multiple units, you will be able to switch between them easily within the Loopon interface. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to our support team.
