When creating user accounts in Loopon, you can mark someone as a Super User. This setting means that the user has extended access in terms of seeing 2 more tabs in the system and that they can perform changes on the Settings tab.
The Super User (compared to a none-super user) has access to the tabs:
- Messages: shows the most recent send-outs such as Post-Stay emails from Loopon
- Publishing: to perform manual publishing to guests/groups.
- The section called Property Settings on the Settings tab. This means that they are able to add/change the settings in all areas in this section, such as: adding goals, adding new users, setting up reply templates and configure AI Replies, and so on.
Apart from that, no other restrictions can be set up or connected to an individual user account, even though they're a Super User. There's no way to choose which other tabs or features a user should have access to. Example: You cannot enable/disable ability to reply to guest feedback based on a user type.
