This page explains how to manually enter and publish conferences. If you're unsure whether your conferences will be published automatically or manually, please contact Loopon for clarification.
Important: Questionnaires will always be sent after the registered checkout date, so conferences can be registered here before the event takes place.

Start the Process

Click on the Publishing tab and select Perform Publish from the panel on the right.

Enter Conference Details

Add the following information:

Conference booking reference (from your PMS)

Group description
-
Customer name
-
Arrival and departure dates

Tick the Overnight box if the group will be staying overnight, and select the email and questionnaire language.

Add Conference Leader/Booker Details

Enter the name and email of the conference leader or booker.

Specify the person's role and whether they’ll be attending the conference. This will influence the survey questions based on their role.

Note: For small groups (up to 6 people), simply enter the required details and click Publish.

For Larger Groups

Download the template by clicking on group-publish.xls.

Do not modify rows 1-21 in the template. Only enter guest information in the appropriate fields.

Mandatory fields: Name and email address (Room number is optional).

Save the file and upload it by clicking Choose File.

Publish the Conference
-
Click Publish to send out the questionnaires. They will be delivered the day after the group’s departure date.
