Groups & Conferences - Publish History

This page provides a list of all conferences published using the Perform Publish function. The list is organized by publishing date and offers an overview of the number of responses for each group. You can also send reminders to leaders and participants, and view detailed information about each group.

1. 1. Access Publish History

      • Click on the Publishing tab and select Publish History from the panel on the right. This will display the most recent groups.
        
        

   2. Adjust the Date Range

      • Use the calendar feature to adjust the date range if you need to view groups from a specific time period or search for a particular group.
        
        

   3. View Group Details

      • Click on a specific group to open the Group & Conference Details. Here, you can check if any reminders have already been sent and when they were sent.
        
        

   4. Send Reminders

      • To send a reminder, click either Send Reminder to Leader or Send Reminder to Participants. A confirmation dialog will appear to indicate that the reminder has been sent.
        
        

   5. Download PDF

      • To download a summary with the group’s information and statistics, click Print (PDF).
