When a Push Report is sent out, it includes all data available at the time of generation. However, if you check the reports in Loopon later, the numbers might not match exactly.
This discrepancy occurs because Loopon reports (and all data in Loopon) are based on the check-out date. If a guest responds to a survey after the Push Report has been generated, their response will be included in the Loopon report but was not yet available when the Push Report was created.
Example:
Let’s say you have a Weekly Push Report generated every Sunday evening. It will include all data from guests who checked out that week.
If you later check the same report in Loopon and see different numbers, it means additional guests from that check-out week have responded to your survey after the report was generated.
