In case of system downtime Loopon will prioritize certain services over others.
Specific steps are taken when downtime occurs.
Priorities (top-down):

Survey response collection – lost data cannot be recovered.

API for receiving booking information – prevents data delays or loss (if sender lacks error handling).

UI for Loopon users – impacts business and client workloads.

Reports and API for retrieving data from Loopon – causes delays, but no data loss.
- Online reputation collection - causes delays, but not data loss.

Survey email/SMS sending – pausing this function lessens load and risks of data collection issues.

Downtime will be communicated on the Loopon login page.
Note: This may not be visible to users logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO). -
Email notifications will be sent to users when an issue is identified and when it is resolved.
- Survey send outs will be temporarily halted.
