There is a known inconsistency within Loopon displaying information of guests who have chosen to be anonymous in the survey.
The new feedback email
The new feedback email is sent to Loopon users when new feedback arrives. This will display the name of the guest if the guest has chosen to provide the hotel/restaurant with their name when responding to the survey this time. The new feedback email does not include historical visits by the guest.
The inbox
The inbox includes and displays historical visits by guests in the right hand side of the screen. If a guest has chosen to be anonymous during any previous visit the guests personal information will be withheld when looking in the inbox, even if they did not do so during their latest reply or the reply you are currently looking at in the inbox. If Loopon would show the name and the historical visits in which the guest has chosen to be anonymous then Loopon would result in providing who the guest was, when they chose to withhold that information.
Consequences
The consequence is that you may see the name of a guest in the New feedback email since the guest did not choose to hide their information during this visit. You will not see their name in the inbox if they chose to hide it in a previous visit.
