This feature saves you hours of manual research by providing real-time insights into your competitors’ online reputation. The list is sorted by Reputation Score, but keep in mind that Online Ranking and Reputation Score may differ since:

Online Ranking is based only on average ranking across review platforms.

Reputation Score takes into account ranking, number of reviews, and management response frequency.
Depending on the source of the most recent review for each hotel, the information displayed may vary:

Some hotels will show only a rating (e.g., Nobis Hotel Stockholm in the image below).

Others will display both a rating and review comments (e.g., Berns Hotel in the image below).
This detailed breakdown helps you track competitor performance and refine your own reputation management strategy.
In the Compset Benchmark section, you can:

Switch between competitive sets using the dropdown menu. This allows you to view results for different groups your hotel is benchmarking against.

Click on a specific hotel to see all its latest reviews, giving you deeper insights into its online reputation.
