To send your hotel's questionnaire to yourself (or to a guest that has not received the questionnaire) you can use the Quick Publish function. The list below states the settings that needs to be added. Fields that are not mentioned are not mandatory to publish a Post-Stay survey.
- Select Quick Publish.
- Type in at least Name and E-mail address, and select a Checkout date at least one day back in time. Stage of journey will then remain correct showing: Post-Stay (recently left the hotel).
(Other fields, such as Booking Reference, Room Number, Room Category, Market Code and Rate Plan are not mandatory in order to publish. If you have the information and time to add it, it will show as guest information when the feedback comes in and contribute to statistics pulled with that specific data, for example: reports on certain room numbers/categories and so on.) - Tick or un-tick Overnight and Conference depending on which type of questionnaire you want.
- Choose language (the guest can change language of the survey once they have received it).
- Press Quick Publish Guest Message and you will have it sent to you within a few minutes.)
Note: Once you have sent a questionnaire to an email address, the two month block will start (a feature that ensures that returning guests do not get questionnaires more than once every two months).
