You can use the Publish from File function to send Loopon questionnaires to a group of guests stored in a file on your computer. Follow these steps to upload the guest list and publish the questionnaires:

Download the Template
Click on the link manual-publish.xls to download the template where you can input guest details.

Open the Excel File
Open the file, but do not modify rows 1-20 in the template. Only add guest information in the designated fields.

Mandatory Fields
The required fields are:
- Guest Name
- Guest Email
- Country Code
- Arrival Date
- Departure Date
4. The remaining fields are optional. Unless you are working with Market Codes, if so there would be a field for this in your excel and this also needs to be filled in.
After entering the guest data, save the file without changing the file name.
5. Upload the File
Click Choose File, locate the saved file on your computer, and select Open. The file name will appear next to the button.
6. Publish the File
Click Upload File. A dialog will display the number of guests and email addresses in the file. Confirm that everything is correct and click OK to publish the file.
7. Confirmation
Wait for the confirmation that the file has been successfully published.
Note: It may take a few minutes for the Publishing Status bar (the bar with green and red dots) to update. If it doesn't turn green immediately after receiving the publishing confirmation, please allow a few minutes for the process to complete.
