If a guest has accidentally provided an incorrect score in their feedback, it is possible to request a score adjustment by contacting our support team. Below are the steps to ensure a smooth process.
When can a score be changed?
A score can be adjusted if there is clear evidence that the guest misunderstood or mistyped their response. This must be confirmed by the guest in writing.
How to request a score adjustment

Gather the Required Information:

A full screenshot of the guest’s feedback from the Feedback Tab in Loopon.

Written confirmation from the guest stating that they intended to provide a different score.

Contact Loopon Support:

Send an email to support@loopon.com with the subject “Request for score adjustment”.

Attach the screenshot of the feedback and the guest's written confirmation.

Briefly explain the situation in the email.

Important Notes

Only scores that are clearly misreported by mistake and confirmed by the guest can be adjusted.

Adjustments are manually reviewed by the Loopon support team and processed as soon as possible.

If multiple score adjustments are needed, please submit them as separate requests.
