Note: You can automatically receive an Excel-report in your email containing everyone that signed up for offers the last week. This report is found under the Settings Tab > Push Reports > Weekly Newsletter Signup.
To obtain an Excel list containing the guests that have chosen that they want to receive offers from your hotel, do the following:
1. On the Feedback tab, select the search All Messages.
2. Click on Date Interval to set the time period for which you want to obtain the list, then click OK.
3. Click on Add filter.
4. Scroll down the popup window and click on Add Questionnaire Result Filter.
5. In the box New Questionnaire Result Filter select Offers, is selected and (1) Yes please... and then click Add and OK.
6. Click Download to Excel in the bottom right corner to obtain the list.
