The Search Filters in the Feedback and Reports tab offers you a wide variety of ways to refine your search. Here you can customise the results that will be shown based on for example time period or guest type. In this section we will walk you through a range of available filtering options:
- Filtering on Keywords (guest name, reservation number, comments etc.)
- Filtering on room number
- Filtering on Time Interval
- Filtering on Conferences
- Filtering out guests who wants offers
- Saving your Search
- Creating Search Groups
Note: Adding a filter will force all results and feedback in the currently selected tab to obey the rules set up in the Search FIlters box.
Note 2: Whenever you open the Feedback or Reports tab, there is always an Active search that determines what data is currently displayed. The Active search is highlighted in the panel to the right of the screen. The rules and filters of the search can be examined in the Search Filters box.
