There are two options to see feedback for a certain room at your hotel (given that Loopon has received this information from the PMS system).
Note: Use the search All Messages under Common Searches to include all your historical feedback in the search:
1. Text Search:
Use the Text Search field to add the room number you want to see all feedback for: 428
2. Add Questionnaire Filter
This option is great if you want to use this search repeatedly. Then you can set up this filter once and then save the search on the Feedback tab so that you can simply click on it the next time you want to use it. In the right side column:
1. Select Add Filter
2. Scroll down to Add Questionnaire Result Filter
3. Open the dropdown menu and search for/choose Room number in the list
4. Add the room number in the empty field and click Add
5. Click OK to perform the search
6. Optional: click Save (see image above) higher up in the search section, above the Text Search field.
