The Home tab is the first screen you see when logging in to Loopon. It is used to get a quick overview of the work you have ahead of you when logging in and how you are performing in comparison to your competitors, the market and sibling hotels.
The very first section is shown for all Loopon Post-stay customers and indicates the total number of new/unhandled feedback issues for your hotel (76 in the example below). Recent Activity gives you a preview of last events such as new feedback an actions taking by staff.
(The section 'Unhandled Post-Stay Feedback '76 in this case' is not affected by changing Data Sources. It always shows the total of all unhandled issues).
Home Benchmark
Results Benchmark: shows scores from the Loopon questionnaire for your hotel, the market and your competitive sets.
Activity Benchmark: shows how actively you gather e-mail addresses from your guests.
Changing Time Interval
You can change time interval and date resolution on this page by clicking the 'calendar button' below the main menu. This will affect all the data and graphs displayed on this page.
- Click on the calendar button next to the Recent Activity column. Choose between:
- Common Intervals: selection of common time intervals.
- Date Interval (Guest Checkout date): allows you to set your own custom interval: start to end date.
- Date Resolution: break down the results to see daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually/totals result
Choosing Data Sources and Guest Types
You can filter which data are displayed on this page. Example: ticking E-Mail will display data from the Email guest survey. The filter will apply to all the tabs in Loopon.
