All the multiple choice questions (The booking of my room worked well, The reception staff did a good job, etc.) will be given a score from 0.0 to 10.0, where 10.0 is the best score.
Since the guests are provided with four answer options in the questionnaires on these areas, the scale is based on the following conversion table:

For example:
If the hotel one day only receives two answers to the question The breakfast gave me a good start of the day, where one guest answers I totally agree and the other I strongly disagree, the score for Breakfast that day will be the mean value of the two answers, hence (10.0 + 0.0) / 2 = 5.0.
