The NPS report shows the hotel's NPS score and a breakdown of the percentage of promoters, passives and detractors for the chosen time period.
- On the left upper side, the distribution of answers to the NPS question for the full time period is shown, divided into promoters, passives and detractors.
- The NPS along with the goal level (green line) are shown in the graph to the right, with the results grouped as the current time resolution.
- The table under the graphs shows you the number of answers, the NPS, the goal level and deviation from the goal, the standard deviation and distribution of answers. The results are displayed by the selected time resolution (in this case Monthly) as well as in total for the full selected time interval.
Note: All results in this report is related to the checkout date. So if a guest stayed at the hotel in January and answered the questionnaire in February, the guests' score will show up in January.
