On the Feedback tab in Loopon you can respond to online reviews by clicking on the Reply button.
But, there are cases when it is not possible to respond to a review through Loopon. Then the button will be 'greyed' as shown in the image below, and this is commonly caused by policies in the OTA/Review sites.
Why you cannot respond to a review
- If the review already has a manager response published on the review site
- If the review site does not provide a method to reply to the review.
- If the review (for some reason) has been deleted by the author from the review site. Then we will also remove it from Loopon.
- The review does not have a guest comment or title (Booking.com and the Fork only)
Booking.com will require the manager response to be either in the original language of the review or in English. Removing or updating existing manager responses can only be through the OTA portal.
