The Publishing tab allows you to check the publishing status for the last days and to perform manual Publishing using any of the methods available for individual guests and conference groups. This is also where you can see your organisations own survey, find the QR codes for your survey and share web links. The Publishing tab is only enabled for Super Users.
General information: Automatic publishing via PMS connection vs. Manual Publishing
The majority of Loopons customers use automatic publishing meaning that Loopon connects to a hotels PMS/booking system in order to receive data about checked out guests and then publish surveys to them. This is all done automatically: every day Loopon receives/pulls a list from the PMS with the guests that has checked out the day before. Loopon are integrated with several PMS Systems and can pull/receive data in many different ways so the options to set up an automatic data transfer are many. Contact support@loopon.com if you have any questions regarding this or if your organisation is switching PMS/Booking system.
If your PMS is not connected to Loopon or Loopon can not receive data automatically, you can still become a customer and use the Publishing Tab to send questionnaires or download QR codes and receive feedback.

Publishing History
The first row under the main menu shows the Publishing history for the last 15 days, regardless if your hotel is set up with automatic publishing or if you're publishing manually. It simply shows if Loopon has received a file containing checked out guests (green) or not (red).
Green box: Loopon have received a file containing checked out guest for that date and it has been published correctly.
Red box: no file was received or the received file for that checkout date contained errors (or was empty).
- If you're publishing automatically and have checked-out guests every day, then a red dot (or several ones) indicates an error in the flow which might require that you check with your PMS.
- If you're publishing manually, for example only 1-2 times per week, then you can use the bar to see that those dates are marked in green.
Publishing Methods
There are several methods that can be used for manual publishing (see detailed explanations on each one below). The section called Groups & Conferences is only enabled if your hotel has conference activity enabled (conference questions active in your survey). If you don't have that but want to add it, just email support@loopon.com and we will update your questionnaire.
