Loopon collects feedback from a number of sources, such as e-mail questionnaires to guests, QR Codes, external feedback from OTA's and booking channels like Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor etc) as well as from different types of guests (Overnight guests, Conference guests, etc).
To easier analyse and sort your feedback, Loopon has divided these into three separate groups. Changing the filter will apply to all the tabs in Loopon. Example: if you're on the Home tab and mark E-Mail and untick all other options, the filter will stick until you actively make further changes. These groups are:
- Online Reputation
- All Internal Sources
- All Guest Types
In order to ensure you always work with the feedback that is relevant for your role, you can use the Data Sources and Guest Types configuration. To open the active data source filters, click the big button in the top right corner of the screen.
Online Reputation
Ticking one or all options in this column means that data will be based on online reviews sites and data from third party channels and OTA's such as Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor etc. Loopon can collect data from over 35 online sources (just scroll down in the Data Sources section to see them all). To see which ones Loopon is collecting data from for your specific hotel, go to the Reputation tab or Review Site Connections on the Settings tab.
All Internal Sources
Internal sources let you include or exclude results based on how the post-stay feedback was collected.
- E-mail: the guest survey/-s that is published from Loopon to your guests. E-mail is the recommended source of collecting feedback and the option to have ticked when looking at the tabs Feedback and Reports. Other ways of collecting and registering post-stay feedback in Loopon are:
- Web / QR Code: links that are shared with or scanned by guests. These links are available in Loopon from the moment you get started with the system and can be downloaded and used however the customers prefer. If a hotel has conference facilities and the standard questionnaire contains conference questions, Loopon will automatically generate a separate QR code with conference questions only to be used byt conference/events staff.
- Paper: hotels that use physical paper questionnaires in hotel/conference rooms can manually add results from these in Loopon to get statistics and reports.
All Guest Types
This column lets you sort feedback based on the guest type, meaning you can sort on overnight guests only, or differentiate feedback from Conference Bookers vs. Conference participants as an example.
