The results benchmark displays the scores from all questions in the Loopon questionnaire for your hotel. The scores can be compared with hotels in your chain, your competitive set and the market (all Loopon's customers).
- By clicking on the drop down menu at the top of the box (displaying NPS in the example below) you can change which parameter/question is displayed.
Note: All scores are displayed in their native scales, meaning NPS will be displayed from -100 to 100, multiple choice questions from 0 to 10, TripAdvisor scores from 0 to 5, Booking.com scores from 0 to 10 and so on.
What you can read from the example below:
1. Sea Hotels (name of the hotel chain) have 1777 answers on the NPS question and an average score of 66,2.
This is followed by the result of each individual hotel within that chain, sorted by highest score to lowest.
1.1 Sea Hotel Skagerrak
1.2 Sea Hotel Gulf of Bothnia
1.3 Sea Hotel Kattegat (marked in bold since this is the hotel I as a user is logged in to)
Market: shows the average score for all of Loopon's customers on the chosen question. Please note that Loopon's customers are a mix of hotels, restaurants, hostels, cruise ships, camping sites and lodging facilities.
Comp-sets: 4 in total in the example below. A comp-set allows your hotel to compare results to other Loopon customers and hotels in your surrounding areas or in the same category.
