The option Save Report on the Reports tab lets you download the report that you are currently looking at in a nice and handy format to present on meetings or share with colleagues. You can also choose content yourself and easily create custom reports with selected questions and data.
If you want to provide your department managers with reports (statistics and comments) for their specific department, this is where you do it!
- Click on Save Report to download either the page your are currently looking at, a custom report or a full report containing all report types in one document.
- Choose Report Type:
Current page (report name): the report you are currently looking (seen in the background). Full report: includes all Special/Common reports, Survey questions and Online Reputation Segments. Executive Summary: enables the section Report Contents (3). Use this option to create custom reports. - Report Content: tick the questions you wish to include in a report. For your Housekeeping Manager you would want to include: Cleaning and Room Standard.
- Text Feedback Settings: enabled for the report types Current Page or Full Report. Choose to not include the comments from the guests, or include them arranged per question (recommended) or per guest.
- Report Delivery: choose to download the report directly in your browser (in PDF or Excel) or send it by e-mail to any recipient.
Note: The report types Full Report and Executive Summary have set delivery settings due to the size of the reports. Full Report (Delivered by email) and Executive Summary is for download.
