On the Reports tab you can access all the data collected from the questionnaires for your hotel and hotel chain or group. There is a variety of pre-made reports that will be explained below. We will also show you how to further refine your search with search filters and how to download a report with text feedback. If you would be interested in receiving any of these reports automatically via email, check the link at the bottom of the page.
Page Overview
Below follows a description of the different parts of the Reports tab.
- The Action Buttons on the top of the page allows you to download data and text feedback to a PDF or Excel file.
- The drop down menu (showing: Questionnaire Dashboard in the example below) is used to select which report to display. Learn all reports available here

Report content section : graphs and/or statistics of the selected report.
- Time Resolution/Common Searches: The panel to the right allows you to choose time resolution (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and time interval.
Note: The current active (selected) time interval and data source will affect all the data on the reports displayed, and it is maintained when you select another report/until you change settings.

Report Header Information
When downloading a report, Loopon includes a header showing the data you are currently viewing:
- The selected time period
- When was the report created.
- Which Data Sources and Guest Types are selected.
Note 1: If you and a colleague get different results when looking at the same report, these settings (Data Sources and Time Resolution) are the first things to double check.
Note 2: If you are seeing different results on the Reports tab from what you've just seen on the Home tab, then check Data Sources and Time Resolution. These two tabs have different default settings: Home initially shows data from the last 30 days, while Reports initially shows data from the Last 3 months.
The tabs Home and Report display same data although the Reports tab gives you a much more detailed overview and is more useful when breaking down results.
Setting Time Interval
Use the panel to the right to select which time interval that is displayed. The set dates in the time interval is always based on the guest's checkout date.
- You can use any of the Common Searches to choose time interval. Last 3 months means the last three whole months, whereas Rolling 90 days means three months back up until today.
Example: if pulling a report with setting Last 3 months on Feb 6th, the report will show results for November 1st to January 31st).
To set your own time interval, click on Checkout Date and use the calendar. By clicking "Today" you will get to today's date, and by clicking the header that displays the currently selected month you will get a drop down list with past and upcoming months. Use the arrows "<" or ">" to update the currently selected month, and "<<" or ">>" to update the currently selected year.
To choose one specific checkout date, add the same date in both fields: Start date and End date.
Setting Time Resolution
- Choose how to group/break down data with the Time Resolution panel. Click the drop down menu in the top right corner to change how the graphs and data are grouped and displayed.
Below you see two examples how of reports with time resolution is set to Monthly and Daily.
