This report is designed to be used for strategic follow-up of results. The report always shows results for the last 12 months up until and including the selected "End date". It is ideally used together with the "Last 12 months" search in the Reports Tab, which will ensure that you see results up until and including the end of the previous month.
Note: If you are selecting an arbitrary date interval, using the New search button, ensure that you are selecting the last day of a month as the End date when using this report. For more information see Search Filters.
The sections of the report are as follows:
1. The left hand graph shows the monthly average NPS score for the last 12 months up until End date.
2. Activity. The right hand graph shows a simplified version of the Activity Report.

- Sent: the percentage of checked out guest to whom a questionnaire has been sent.
- Answered: the percentage of checked out guests that have answered the questionnaire.
- Handled: the percentage of checked out guests for whom the feedback has been handled by the hotel.
3. Last month details. The left hand part of the table shows detailed results for the last month.

- Score shows the average score for the last month. Areas that perform better than the set goal are highlighted in green and areas below the set goal are highlighted in red.
- Goal shows the currently active goal for each question.
- Answers shows the total number of answers received for the last month.
- Correlation shows how much each question correlates with the likeliness for the guests to recommend the hotel.
4. Monthly results. The right hand part of the table shows the average score for each question for the 11 months preceding the End date.
