These two reports show all newly received feedback from the Loopon questionnaire and OTAs (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Hotels.com and HRS.com) on a daily or weekly basis. The report will include all feedback received since the report was generated the last time. Besides feedback, the report also includes all new events that occurred to certain issues, for example the hotel's email replies to guests and guests' email replies back to the hotel.
Use these reports to easily keep track of all received feedback without actually logging in to Loopon, a good way to keep all department managers updated with the latest guest feedback.
There are two versions of this report, one that is generated daily (Monday-Friday) and one that is generated weekly (Monday).
Explanation of report elements
- The feedback header displays the source of the feedback (email questionnaire from Loopon or the OTA source) and when the feedback was received.
- This box shows either the guest's answer to the NPS question or the overall rating from the OTA source.
- This box shows the guest's name and email address if provided.
- Here you can see the guest's booking details.
- This box shows the guest's answers to the multiple choice questions.
- In this box you can see the text feedback provided by the guest.
Note: If you or your colleagues have already responded to the feedback before the report is sent. the the hotels reply to guest will be included in the report below each feedback summary.
